Post-Brexit, the United Kingdom now has its own regulatory framework for goods. From January 2023, manufacturers that have or want to introduce products into the UK market will need a UK Conformity Assessment instead of a CE Marking. The government extension to 2025 currently does NOT apply to the construction industry.
As the deadline approaches and more clients receive UKCA Marking Conformity, there are more questions on where we stand today and what changes can we expect when the transition happens.
