The draft guidance accompanies the January 2021 consultation on the Future Buildings Standard, Part L and Part F of the Building Regulations.

The government is seeking views on the standards for non-domestic buildings, dwellings, overheating in new residential buildings and the structure of the draft guidance.

Consultation on changes to Part L (conservation of fuel and power) and Part F (ventilation) of the Building Regulations for non-domestic buildings and dwellings; and overheating in new residential buildings.
