Sensis Webinar Banner 29th July

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming webinar, From Confusion to Clarity: Aspirating Smoke Detection Made Simple

This webinar offers an introduction to aspirating smoke detection (ASD) – a powerful and increasingly essential technology within the fire detection landscape. ASD is known for its ability to detect smoke at the earliest possible stage, even in environments where traditional detection methods may be slow to respond or prone to false alarms. In this session, we’ll break down how ASD works, why it’s specified, and where it fits best – from ultra-clean data centres to dusty or difficult-to-access areas.

Date: 29th July 2025  –   Time: 11:00 (GMT)

In this webinar, you’ll learn about:

  • The core principles of aspirating smoke detection and how it differs from point detection
  • Where ASD offers advantages – including high-sensitivity, early warning, and flexible design
  • Typical application areas, from data centres and laboratories to warehousing and transport hubs
  • Key considerations for design, compliance, and integration
  • A live Q&A to explore real-world applications and answer your technical question
