David is the Principal of DGA Consultancy LLP. A Chartered Building Surveyor, Building Engineer and Environmentalist. He is a Consultant offering services in relation to the Building Regulations, Building Codes and their application, Plans Assessment, Site Inspection and Enforcement.
David was Chief Executive of the Association of Building Engineers, formerly a Building Control Manager and Member of the Building Regulation Advisory Committee. He was also a Programme Manager for a University, External Examiner and NVQ Assessor.
