WOBO Governor David Gibson is in discussion with Judy Zakreski, Vice President of Global Services, International Code Council, in respect of collaboration and dissemination of information relating to codes, standards and regulations.  The WOBO Governors are also exploring opportunities to participate at the ICC Conferences and Code hearings for 2021 and 2022.
