Don’t miss out: Applications for the ‘Energy Starters’ stream of the Accelerating Net Zero Buildings initiative close on 31 March 2022, or until funding for this round is exhausted.

The initiative, funded by the NSW Government, is designed to encourage owners of existing NSW buildings to begin measuring and managing their energy performance with NABERS. The program will provide eligible applicants with a total contribution of $3,000 (excl GST) per building, paid in year one, towards the total cost of two NABERS ratings and Assessor report. The structure of the offer asks participants to commit to two consecutive NABERS Energy ratings, with an action plan for improvements between ratings.
