NEW Pilot Program: NABERS Sustainable Finance Criteria.

At NABERS we’re excited to pilot the Sustainable Finance Criteria and we invite you to apply to participate in the pilot program.

Over the last couple of years, there has been an increase in green bond issuances and sustainable finance solutions in the property sector. We want to encourage investment in Commercial Buildings and upgrades that have a significant environmental impact, so we have developed Sustainable Finance Criteria that assists banks, non-bank lenders, asset managers and investors understand how to structure a sustainable finance transaction using NABERS ratings.

This is a great opportunity to access green finance, demonstrate your commitment to environmental outcomes and be one of the first companies in Australia to use the NABERS Sustainable Finance Criteria. Participating companies will work closely with NABERS and provide feedback on how the Criteria can be improved.
