As time marches on, WOBO continues to participate in United Nations meetings and other global events.
First, I wish to inform those who don’t know of an annual event in the USA called Building Safety Month. During this period, Mayors, City Managers, County and State officials in communities throughout the US are encouraged to sign official proclamations.
These documents attest to their encouragement of building safety efforts and their support of building safety professionals.
In the US, the month of May is designated as Building Safety Month. For those of you in other countries, I strongly encourage you to work towards an official proclamation of a BUILDING SAFETY MONTH in your jurisdiction.
