Understanding the 2021 International Residential Code.  This class will examine the role of the inspector in today’s ever changing environment.

Participants will investigate the written parts of the job, the unwritten parts of the job and everything in between, including providing thorough inspections while remaining within the boundaries of your position, safe buildings, your approach to inspections, customer service, working as part of a team, working independently, doing the right thing, proper communication and surviving in a municipal environment.
