In an Emergency, One Chance Is All You Get.

When every second counts, it’s crucial to have an inclusive evacuation plan that clearly outlines how employees and visitors with mobility impairments – whether permanent, invisible or temporary – will be assisted. Delays caused by confusion, panic or lack of preparedness can result in injury or even loss of life.

Are You Aware of Your Legal Responsibilities?

Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, amended by the Fire Safety Act 2021
If you’re the “responsible person” – such as a building or office manager – you are legally required to conduct a fire risk assessment and ensure safe evacuation procedures and provisions are in place.

Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and Equality Act 2010
Also reinstates your responsibility to ensure a safe working environment and to make reasonable adjustments to avoid discriminating against disabled people, including the provision of safe evacuation measures.

Non-compliance isn’t just risky. It’s prosecutable.  Last year alone saw a 79% rise in fire safety prosecutions.

Why? Because evacuation plans weren’t inclusive, equipment wasn’t maintained and lives were put at risk.

Does your evacuation plan clearly specify who will assist individuals with mobility impairments?

Don’t let your organisation be a statistic.  Contact us today to book your complimentary Evacuation Assessment!

Chemical safety practices remain underdeveloped and pose a silent risk.

It’s here! Our 2025 “How Safe & Sustainable Is Your Workplace?” report has officially launched, highlighting critical gaps in workplace chemical safety across the UK and Ireland.

  • 36% say they don’t have a digital chemical management system
  • 40% lack access to QR-coded safety data sheets (SDSs)
  • 37% report their employer is not actively substituting hazardous substances

These insights are based on feedback from over 1,000 frontline employees. While digital confidence is high, real risks – including those from emerging threats such as, nanomaterials are on the rise.
